This viewpoint is located just below the Lions Gate Bridge, directly on the sands of the Pacific Ocean, and over the water form the beautiful mountains. It is hard to describe the beauty of Prospect Point, but it will be breathtaking.

English bay beaches are on the south side of the Vancouver peninsula. It is a great place to walk or lie on the beach. Stanley Park

Stanley Park is one of the most beautiful places to visit in Vancouver. I could in no way take the 50 km walk around the park, but instead settled for the quieter view of the aquarium in the park. I thought this was great and appreciated the opportunity to see some of the larger aquatic animals, especially the belugas. In the summer months enjoy the parks beautiful outdoor pools situated alongside the Pacific Ocean.

Capilano Bridge

This is also one of the places to visit in Vancouver for its surroundings were a complete delight. It will take some strength to step on the suspension bridge and cross the ravine and river. A lovely and relaxing walk seeing the world from a bird’s point of view high amongst the trees. The walks in and around here were lovely, followed by a much need rest and coffee in the cafĂ© back over the famed Capilano suspension bridge.

Vancouver’s Harbor

Looking for a fascinating and unusual way to spend an evening in Vancouver? Take a relaxing dinner cruise along the beautiful waterfront of the city.
