4. Hawa Mahal

Hawa Mahal is the main tourist attraction of Jaipur, also known as “palace of the winds”, because of the beautiful structure that keeps the wind in the palace longer. This five-storey, pyramid-shaped façade features 953 small windows called Jharokhas, adorned with small lattices for women of royal families.

5. Jantar Mantar

Jantar Mantar is the largest astronomical stone observatory in the world. It is equipped with 14 geometric instruments used to trace the orbits of the stars, predict the weather and predict the precipitation. In 1848, it was declared a national monument, because of its beautiful structure.

6. Nahargarh Fort

Nahargarh Fort, standing on the edge of the Aravalli Hills, was the powerful defensive ring of the city. It is a favourite picnic area for local visitors. It is recommended to spend an evening at Fort Nahargarh to admire a magnificent view of the city under lights.
